Guest Ratings & Reviews
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and had a great shower, although the view was rather poor. The service at the reception desk was top-notch, and the hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood. The dining experience offered freshly prepared dishes, and the facilities were excellent.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, with a great shower, and the bed was so comfy with plenty of pillows. The service at the reception desk was top-notch, but unfortunately, they couldn't solve our request. The location was perfect, close to many restaurants and bars, and the facilities were great.
I stayed at Mercure city centre for 3 days at the end of August. The hotel is in a nice area of Bucharest, with a rather poor view from my room but conveniently close to pubs and main attractions. The dining experience included good meat but the rooms lacked extra blankets. The service at the reception desk could n't solve our request, and the facilities were basic but acceptable. The overall value for money was decent, considering the central location.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious with a lot of space, a comfortable bed with plenty of pillows, and a window to the yard, which was nice. However, there were no extra blankets in the cupboard. The service at the reception desk could have been better in terms of solving our request. The location was very convenient, being in a nice area of Bucharest. The dining experience was unexpectedly delightful with the thinnest crepes I had ever tasted. Overall, it was a decent stay with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel is located in a nice area of Bucharest, close to the metro and with spacious rooms. While the view might not be the best, the ample space makes up for it. The service at the reception desk was not able to fulfill our request, but the price and overall value are decent.
